What is your price for newborn photography?
Our pricing is currently at $380 (limited time offer) for all locations in Singapore.

What is the period that newborn photography can be taken? 
We will only take newborn photography between the period of 5 and 20 days of birth.

Why must newborn photography be done between 5 and 20 days of birth?
Newborn tend to be more sleepy and flexible during this period. Therefore, will be easier to pose and manage.

Where is the photography location? 
As a mother myself, I understand the confinement pain and difficulty in traveling, especially after c-section. Therefore, all newborn photography session will be done at the comfort of your home.

What do you need from us?
I will require at least a space of 2.5m x 2.5m to setup my props. Preferably a quiet environment by switching off radio, tv and refrain from talking loudly during the photo session. It is good that only immediate family members are around during the shoot.

What is your working hours and time slots for each day?
I only do newborn photo session from Monday to Thursday. There will be 2 slots per day, 10am and 3.15pm. Slots subjected to availability.

How many styles will you do for my newborn?
I will be doing 3 styles (setup). All props and outfits for the setup are provided by me.

What is the duration of the photoshoot?
Each session is up to 2 hours. The welfare of the newborn is important to us and I do not want to tire the baby out.

What is the final deliverables/product?
All softcopies, except the blurry ones, and are all edited for you too. The edited softcopies provided are the complete set of all photos. Our editing fixes colours, lighting, and clears face blemishes. Unlike many studios where you have to pick a few to edit, we give you everything edited—30 to 50 images depending on the baby that day! No unedited or raw copies to give, and you don’t need to choose which memories to edit. Saves you time and money—all settled for you!

What is your editing style?
We will edit the photo based on our preferred colour and exposure. While colour and exposure correction is on the whole photo, editing (removal of blemishes, etc) is on face only. Blemishes, peeling skin on other areas (hands, feets, body, etc) will not be removed/edited. We do not entertain re-editing of the photos. No raw photos will be given back.

How many photos will be returned in softcopies?
It depends on the session and baby but normally you get around between 30 to 50 softcopies back. Rest assured you are getting the full set of photos as I only toss the blurry ones, so you are getting everything worth keeping. 

Can I get back the raw and blurry photos too?
It’s like a cook doesn’t send out his food raw or bad. Social media is a double-edged sword, I do not wish to risk my raw or bad photos to appear there, even if you promise not to. Appreciate your understanding.

Can I request for family photoshoot with the newborn?
Yes, if requested, there will be a few shots (normally 4 to 6) of some simple photos. Softcopies of family shots will be colour corrected and light touch-up on faces only. No body photoshop alteration will be done. Do note family means immediate family (Daddy, Mummy, Siblings of the baby).

How long will I receive the photos?
14 days after the photo session. For expedited turnaround time of 7 days, there will be an additional charge of $100.

Can I request for different style of photography and editing by showing you photos from other photographers?
Different photographers have different style of photography and editing. Therefore, I do not entertain request to shoot / edit in a style that is not shown in my portfolio. If you prefer a style that are shown in photos from another photographer, you should be getting a package from them instead.

Will the photos outcome be exactly the same as what is shown on your portfolio?
Newborn photography involves working with variables, unlike selling a tangible product that can be precisely replicated in a factory. While we strive to recreate poses from our portfolio, it’s important to note that the unique conditions of each photo shoot, such as the mood of the baby on the day of the shoot, lighting, may introduce subtle variations in the final photos. This underscores the personalized and individualized nature of our photography service, where poses serve as a foundation but may adapt to create a distinct outcome for each client.
